Ingredients:
- beetroot – 2
- red chillies – 2
- mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- curry leafs – a few
- chana dal – 1/4 tsp
- oil – 3 tsp
- chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- garlic – 4 flakes (roughly crushed)
- turmeric powder – a pinch
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- Take a pan, add oil, and heat it.
- Add mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, chana dal, and garlic.
- Now add beetroot, then add salt, and turmeric powder.
- At last add chilli powder, then serve it.
